I've been doing yoga since 2008. My goal at Shri Kali Ashram was to learn how to meditate while doing yoga. I achieved that in the first week!

It's a pleasure to now share this system of yoga with my students.

This first version of this site wouldn't have happened without Rafael and Mayara and the second version without Alex and Ana. We thank them for sharing their dedication and love with us.
