Going to Shri Kali was one of the most amazing experiences. I was able to truly connect with myself and really culture my own bliss. The opportunity that was given for self-inquiry allowed me to truly reach deep within the roots of my past and let go of fear and illusion. It was only then that I was able to deepen my practice and carry that relaxation beyond the corners of my mat.

Sharing Tantra has brought endless joy to my life. I love watching how easy this series of yoga has brings harmony, true bliss, to those in my class.

I started practicing yoga in 2009 after a traumatic life event. In a search of reconciliation of heart and soul, I practiced a wide range of variations from restorative to ashtanga. After only a few classes, I began to experience an amazing and beautiful transformation which reached deep beyond my recovery. My new curiosity transitioned my practice to new levels of Movement & Meditation.

At some point, my inner child had to discover the "why" which brought me to India where I studied philosophy and the practice of Tantra Yoga at the Shri Kali Ashram. Organically I began to flow through the class and become in tune with my true self.  Tantra Yoga allowed me to come the closest I have been to dropping the veils of illusion.

Embodying this simplicity can be so difficult in our advancing world and my wish is to share tantra with those who are open to true relaxation. Open to culturing their true selves relax.  Relax in every moment. Relax in every situation.Shri Kali was truly a place that a new chapter to my life was born. Thank you for that.

From an early age, I have been guided by a deep curiosity and wonder towards life, which carried me towards many teachers, masters and schools around the world.  Somewhere along the way I realized that my life is my own responsibility and I would need to nurture my own well-being, self-love, abundance, vitality, truth and bliss.  And I've been doing that ever since. 

Today I teach yoga, meditation and inner alchemy and offer personal sessions in regression therapy, trance dialogue and ayurveda massage.  My partner, Estefania Rivera Guiral completed 200 teaching hours and I completed 500 hours at Shri Kali Ashram in 2014.  We still practice daily and continue to share with many people this wonderful system and about our experience in the Ashram. I went into Shri Kali Ashram with quite a bit of yoga experience and training already.  However, at Shri Kali the approach to yoga was very different than anything else I've done.  It was amazing.  The slow, deep asanas helped me connect with my breath and body like never before, and a lot of things became very clear to me about what yoga is and how it's meant to be experienced.  Today I share the Kaula System with my students who really appreciate it as a system in itself as well as a complimentary system to other more active systems (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, etc.).   I have much gratitude to Bhagavan, Whitney and all the other teachers who shared their wisdom and passion for the science of yoga and the art of self discovery.

 After many years of practicing with different yoga teachers and individually, I found what I needed in order to express my whole being, through the asanas with the Kaula System at Shri Kali Ashram.

My students currently appreciate most, the feeling of being loved and finding a space to stop fighting and just relax.
